CHICK-FIL-A ZEPHYRHILLS
Meet Our Leaders
"You don't have to make the headlines to make a difference"

Managing Partner
Noah Hibbs
Noah is a passionate and relational leader who brings a heart for service and a handful of dad jokes to everything he does. He has been married to his wife, Bekah, for three years, and together, they share life with their two adventurous dogs in Dade City. After spending their entire lives in Colorado, Noah and Bekah decided to pursue their careers with
Chick-fil-A and relocated to Florida for the grand opening of Chick-fil-A Zephyrhills in 2021.
Before working for Chick-fil-A, Noah played professional inline hockey and coached Semi-professional inline hockey in Colorado. While he was coaching, he fell in love with developing individuals and helping them be the best versions of themselves on and off the ice. This experience influenced his mission as a leader to create an environment of personal development, care, results, and above all else share God's love with everyone he serves. Additionally, Noah aspires to make sure there is an open space for others to excel and that they have the tools they need to be confident in who they are. Outside of work, Noah still enjoys playing hockey, hiking, collecting antique flashlights, and traveling.
Noah loves working for Chick-fil-A because he is able to serve others, his community, and his co-workers. The company's commitment to exceptional guest service and positive community impact resonates with who he is. Noah enjoys being part of a team that strives to make a difference in people's lives, one meal at a time.

Executive Director of Sales & Brand Growth
Kristin Jones
Kristin brings a wealth of experience and an infectious passion for connection to her role. Growing up in a small Midwestern town as the oldest of 21 first cousins, she learned early on the power of leadership, relationships, and community—values that have shaped her successful career in hospitality, event planning and sales. Her background includes leadership positions with top brands like the Tampa Bay Lightning, Hilton and Westin, where she honed her ability to drive sales in a wide range of industries and create unforgettable guest experiences in order to form lasting partnerships.
At Chick-fil-A Zephyrhills, Kristin is a dynamic force in expanding our brand with innovative, customer-centric strategies. Her deep understanding of service and community aligns perfectly with our mission, and she thrives on building connections, fostering relationships, and sharing the heart behind what we do. Kristin finds immense joy in giving back and telling the story of our restaurant in ways that inspire both guests and team members alike.
When she’s not making an impact at work, Kristin is embracing the great outdoors with her family—including her husband of 15 years, their two energetic boys, and their three beloved dogs. She loves reading, biking, and off-roading in her Jeep, always seeking her next adventure.

Rebecca is the heart behind our team, bringing a rare combination of resilience, organization and genuine care to everything she does. She is deeply invested in the growth and development of our team members, ensuring that each person feels valued, supported, and empowered.
Her leadership is rooted in her strong Christian faith, which guides her commitment to servant leadership and ownership—two core values that define our Chick-fil-A culture. Rebecca’s ability to communicate with clarity and compassion makes her an invaluable part of our restaurant, helping to shape a team that truly embodies care.
Outside of work, Rebecca adores spending time with her husband, Haiden, and their three little “nuggets.” She finds joy in coffee, gardening, and the simple pleasure of a well-appointed journal paired with the perfect pen.
We are beyond grateful to have Rebecca leading the way in selecting and nurturing the right team members to carry on our culture of care.
